So what is physical therapy?

It's a question I don't actually get asked much, but I can see the confused look on people's faces every time I say I'm a physical therapist. It's a look that says, I've heard of  that before, but I'm not really sure what those people do (think accounting, engineering).  I was recently sent this graphic and thought it perfectly illustrated the many perceptions of what we do:
